In ML GROUP she is responsible for the implementation and subsequent compliance with international quality standards, reduction of defects, and formation of internal standards.

He is responsible for the production process in all areas of the company's activities, as well as for the implementation of the latest projects and implementation. He has gained significant experience in manufacturing according to international standards at P&G, and implements this experience in ML GROUP projects.

He gained a diverse range of experience in his career, having worked as a test engineer at a Tula transport engineering enterprise and at Nestle. This experience allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the technological processes involved in production and the importance of effective teamwork, customer relations, and partner management.

In his current role at ML GROUP, hr is responsible for managing the process of partner interaction, both with existing partners and in the search for new ones.

With more than 15 years of experience in supply chain management, he has primarily worked for companies with foreign investment that are leaders in their respective industries.

He began his career in procurement at Heidelberg Cement Group, where he was involved in a large CAPEX project with investments exceeding $400 million in construction. This project provided him with valuable experience and knowledge, which he later applied at AgroTerra, Cargill, Abbott, and now at ML GROUP.

In the company, she is responsible for developing the converting direction and building a production site in the Uzlovaya Special Economic Zone. She has gained extensive experience in top positions at Kronospan.

At ML GROUP, she is responsible for developing and implementing the HR management strategy. She began her HR career in international retail companies. Her systematic knowledge and practical experience in personnel management allowed her to further develop in the role of HR department head at a telecom company and as HR BP at a foreign automotive manufacturing company. The international and Russian HR practices gained in various business sectors are now successfully applied to develop ML GROUP's human resources potential.

He is responsible for the digitalization of business in the company. Previously, he built IT infrastructure management systems for a network of jewelry salons.
